"I was a bit hesitant going into my daughter’s consultation mainly because of unfavorable reviews I previously read. She had a separate consultation at a different office a couple of months ago and they were not comparable. I’m really pleased with the level of attention Dr Dubuc presented during our visit. He is very personable and took the time to understand our goals while expressing interest in getting to know his patient. I really appreciated Mackenzie’s professionalism and friendly smile. She thoroughly walked through all expectations and broke everything down step by step. As a parent you want to trust that your child is in good hands and we were very comfortable. "After mistreated and bullied by a dentist/orthodontist clinic in West Des Moines (searching online on law suit on implant will reveal which one is), I was welcomed by doctor Michael and his team in Johnstone. He is very nice, patient, knowledgeable and skillful. His team members are also very nice and warm. Also they provide free consultation to new patients, plus free of charge on making retainers for any patients who has any treatments done from them. But since Dr. Michael has been here, we couldn’t be more satisfied. Our daughter even started her treatment just this week.From the start, Hannah spoke our daughter language. This is our third child to undergo treatment at this clinic (we go to the Johnston location), and we have now done both braces and Invisalign. The team is great and so good with kids. My daughter said “They treat me like a person, not like a patient.” Even though she was the last patient they saw today, they took plenty of time with her, asked her about her day, and told her how great she was doing with her Invisalign. "I've been trying to straighten my teeth since 2015 first with Invisalign through a dentist but do to Medical situations I didn't complete the program. Then I tried again with Smile Direct to save money and cut corners but it didn't work for me neither I tried to go back to the original dentist in which they refused to service me again. I was then referred to another dentist office by my personal dentist but again was told they had to remove Bridge work that I had done and have to wear metal braces. At the age 51 I did not want to do that and felt so defeated. That's when I decided to get a second opinion and came in for a consultation at Orthodontic Solutions. From the moment I stepped in the door they greeted me so warmly and was so friendly I felt so relieved. During the consultation they offered me solutions and told me they can work with what I had already in place in my mouth. They begin to start immediately on my program by the time I left I had already taken all of my photos x-rays and set up a payment plan I am now back on Invisalign and I am so excited for my future. I will always refer any friends family or anyone that I know to this wonderful office. 🥰"

"After my dentist broke my upper retainer I went into the office where my orthodontist was before retiring to get a new one made. They were very friendly and helpful to get a new one. I went back to pick up the new retainer and found it to be very tight going on. I was told it would loosen up after a while which made sense. When I got home I was to take it out and only wear at bedtime. PROBLEM, I couldn’t get the retainer out. Went back to the office with my dilemma. Everyone was helpful, removing it, making a little adjustment and making sure I could remove it. I was told to come back if I had any more issues with it. That was great, friendly service. I won’t hesitate if I have any more issues. Highly recommend."

"I visited the Ankeny office on 6/18/24 with my 17 year old daughter who has never worn braces. She was extremely nervous due to her anxiety, sensory processing issues, having autism, ADHD, Tourettes and other things, just the thought of getting braces was very anxiety producing. We were immediately put at ease by the staff, technicians, and everyone else who worked in the office. I have to say this office has the most welcoming and kind group of employees I've ever encountered! There were snacks and busy bags available. The employees all seemed to work well together as a cohesive group that actually liked one another. It is an open floor plan concept, which for those with sensory or other issues for treatment is not ideal. We were assured they had a private treatment room for those that need it, which was very reassuring. My only complaint was the waiting room chairs. We ended up waiting for around an hour and for someone with a severe and chronic pain condition the chairs were so unbearable that after an hour I had to sort on the floor which was embarrassing. Other than the waiting room chairs is give them an A+"

The previous two were unkind, rarely acknowledged us as parents, and only explained next steps when we asked. Dr. Mark and Dr. Tran are the reason why we took our third child to a different office in Ankeny. The new staff are a giant improvement!"

She truly helps you understand everything. I love the at home scan program, and I’ve not seen that offered before! And they accept our insurance which gave us a nice discount.As a bonus, the Dippin dots and neon shirts for the patient are a fan favorite with our daughter as well.
