Treatment Coordinator

TeRay brings unmatched knowledge and a warm, welcoming presence to Iowa Orthodontic Solutions, with over 27 years of experience in the dental field,. Originally from Coulee Dam, Washington, she's known for her attention to detail, positive attitude, and love for patient care.
When she’s off the clock, TeRay enjoys shopping for the perfect find, diving into a good book, getting creative with crafts, and cherishing quality time with her family. And when the mood is right, you might catch her jamming out to her all-time favorite throwback — “Baby Got Back” by Sir Mix-a-Lot.

New Patient Coordinator

Carrie has been a dedicated member of the Iowa Orthodontic Solutions team since April 2012. She loves her role, especially because of the incredibly friendly and caring staff she works alongside.
"I truly enjoy being the first point of contact for new patients and their families—answering questions, offering support, and sharing my knowledge as they begin their orthodontic journey."
Outside of work, Carrie loves spending time with her husband, Craig, their son Luke, and their puppy, Bingo. She’s also passionate about camping, animals, and exploring new places through travel.

Dental Assistant

Hannah has been a valued member of the Iowa Orthodontic Solutions team since June 2020, but has been in the dental field for over 10 yrs plus. She brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for patient care to the office each day. Her positivity is infectious—she’s often the one starting the day with a song and a smile.
Hannah especially enjoys building strong connections with patients and their families, taking the time to learn about their lives and making each visit a personal and welcoming experience.
Fun Fact: Hannah has reached Everest Base Camp and has also experienced the thrill of skydiving.
Outside the office, she enjoys staying active and creating lasting memories with her daughter.

Dental Assistant

Jess grew up in New London, IA and has been a valued part of the Iowa Orthodontic Solutions team for 2.5 years. Her dedication and warm personality make her a favorite among patients and coworkers alike.
Outside of work, Jess loves hitting the gym, spending quality time with her fiancé, kids, and their beloved dog Nova. Her guilty pleasures? Sweet treats and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs especially during football season! When it comes to music, Jess is all about anything with a beat that gets her pumped up and ready to take on the day.

Dental Assistant

Grace has 7 years of Dental Assisting experience, and she brings great energy and a passion for helping patients smile brighter. When she's not at the office, you'll likely find her spending time with her 2 boys, shooting hoops, watching Twilight on repeat, or off-roading in her Jeep.
Her guilty pleasures? Long Harry Potter marathons, a little too much Fortnite, and planning her next tattoo. Grace also has "Provider" by Sleep Token on repeat it’s her go-to vibe.

Dental Assistant

Mackenzie is the newest member of the Iowa Orthodontic Solutions team and a proud Des Moines, IA native. Her enthusiasm and kind spirit make her a great addition to the office. When she’s not working, you’ll find Mackenzie riding her horse, playing pickleball, or spending time with friends.

Her guilty pleasures? Thrifting for hidden gems and treating herself to her favorite 7 Brew drinks. She finds the most joy and peace in listening to worship music it’s her favorite way to recharge.

Dental Assistant

Meet Lindsey, originally from Marshalltown, Iowa. Lindsey brings a warm personality and a creative spirit to our workplace. Outside of work, she enjoys unwinding with a good binge-worthy crime series, diving into crafts and coloring projects, and spending quality time with her two beloved kitties, Sophia and Zelda.

Lindsey also has a soft spot for anything chocolate—her ultimate guilty pleasure—and if there’s music playing, there’s a good chance you’ll hear her favorite track, “Linger” by Royal Otis. We’re excited to have Lindsey on board and can’t wait for you to get to know her!
