I've been trying to straighten my teeth since 2015 first with Invisalign through a dentist but do to Medical situations I didn't complete the program. Then I tried again with Smile Direct to save money and cut corners but it didn't work for me neither I tried to go back to the original dentist in which they refused to service me again. I was then referred to another dentist office by my personal dentist but again was told they had to remove Bridge work that I had done and have to wear metal braces. At the age 51 I did not want to do that and felt so defeated. That's when I decided to get a second opinion and came in for a consultation at Orthodontic Solutions. From the moment I stepped in the door they greeted me so warmly and was so friendly I felt so relieved. During the consultation they offered me solutions and told me they can work with what I had already in place in my mouth. They begin to start immediately on my program by the time I left I had already taken all of my photos x-rays and set up a payment plan I am now back on Invisalign and I am so excited for my future. I will always refer any friends family or anyone that I know to this wonderful office. 🥰

What’s the Difference Between Smile Express and Full Treatment?
Smile Express provides you with the most flexibility possible while still achieving amazing results. Smile Express cases are an average of six months in length and are ideal for those looking to make minor adjustments to achieve a smile.1 Full treatment cases include corrections for more complex issues requiring frequent office visits to our Ankeny and Johnson, IA clinic.
How Do I Start Smile Express in the Ankeny and Johnston Area?
It all starts with a FREE, no-obligation consultation. After your complimentary consultation, your treatment coordinator will review your contract and answer any questions you may have. From there, an Invisalign specialist will scan your teeth using one of our digital iTero Scanners, and we’ll handle the rest! Once your customized kit arrives, you simply pop them on starting with set #1 and wear them for 20-22 hours a day!
Who is a Good Candidate for Smile Express aligners?
Anyone who’s old enough to be “adulting” out on your own is probably a good candidate, but we need to see your smile to know for sure. When you come in for your complimentary exam and consultation, Iowa Orthodontic Solutions will let you know if you’re a good candidate based on the complexity and length of your treatment plan.
Do I Have to Come in for an Appointment?
Yes. To ensure Smile Express is a safe treatment option for you, we’ll need to see you in our Ankeny or Johnston office on at least 2 occasions: once to get started and once for your final evaluation.

Smile Express is about half the cost of comprehensive treatment with braces or Invisalign aligners, making it an affordable and safe way for you to update your smile.
