I have been in the orthodontic field since 1993 and am one of Dr. Hull’s assistants. My favorite part of the job is talking with the kids, who keep me young! I especially enjoy watching the change in their smiles as they progress with their braces, and find their HUGE smiles when their braces come off to be truly rewarding. I thoroughly enjoy my job, my co-workers, and especially the people who are helped by Iowa Orthodontic Solutions!
When I’m not with my "second family" at work, I love to spend time with my four-legged daughter, Dottie. I also value spending time with my family, digging in the dirt, going to the beach, lake, or pool, making soy candles, doing acrylic painting, going for walks, watching movies, reading, and hanging out with my friends.
I have been working for Dr. Hull since 1997, and every day has been a great experience. Our practice is a lively and fun place to work and be around, and I’m thankful for having such a wonderful place to call home.

Since 2004, I have been a dental assistant at our practice. Brittany works chairside as an assistant to Dr. Langwith, and has been in the dental field since 2010. Brittany loves working one on one with patients and being part of their orthodontic care, but her favorite part of her job is seeing the changes from check to check. This job is hands on and she LOVES that!
In her spare time Brittany stays active outdoors and enjoys playing volleyball, boating, spending time with friends and family as well as her two fur babies (cats), Jinxy and Jasper
My name is Caitlan, I work with Dr. Langwith as an assistant and also help out with taking patient records and sterilization. I graduated from Des Moines Area Community College dental assisting program 2014. My favorite part of my job is seeing patients before and after photos and the changing smiles, this make ME smile! It is very rewarding working hands on with patients and getting to know them.
In my free time, you might see me hanging with friends or shopping. I also like hiking, biking, and being from Montana enjoy skiing and snowmobiling. I also have a Mini Pincher named "Sam".

I am one of our orthodontic dental assistants, so I work hands-on with patient care. I have been with the practice since 2011 and in the dental field since 2009. I love getting to know our patients, learning all about them, and really becoming invested in their lives. It is so wonderful to see the before and after photos; the changes our patients go through are amazing!
Outside the office, I can be found volunteering at my church, decorating my new house, taking photographs, Jeep mudding, and spending time with friends and family.
I help in all of our locations as front desk assistant as well as behind the scenes. My favorite part of this job is watching our patients grow up. Some are with us for several years, others just a few, but I always enjoy watching their transitions through the years.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and our dog Charlie. I also enjoy reading, working in my yard, fishing, camping, baking, and of course just relaxing.
In our practice, I schedule appointments, answer patients’ questions, maintain charts, and make sure our patients and parents are being taken care of. I love working in an office that is so upbeat and friendly. I like keeping busy and the challenges of learning new things every day.
My husband Craig and I have an active toddler, Luke, and two loveable Papillons named Casey and Sawyer. In my spare time I enjoy gardening with my husband and camping with family and friends.
I help our practice by doing the bookkeeping and payroll, handling insurance, and maintaining the accounts payable and receivable. I like the challenge my job brings, and I love how committed we all are to bringing our patients the best and most comforting orthodontic care. I am the professional relations coordinator for our practice. I have a very fun job coordinating marketing and public relations, developing promotional materials, planning company events, visiting dental offices, and helping in the office. My favorite quote from the movie Elf is: “I just like smiling, smiling is my FAVORITE!” In addition to smiling, I LOVE shopping and finding bargains, spending time with my two teenagers Alivia and Grant, running and weight lifting, painting, decorating, and spending time with family and friends. I also have two dogs at home, Lilly and Carl.
I was hired by Dr. Langwith to work as office manager at our Ankeny location in 1986. I help patients with scheduling, insurance, and financial questions ... all with a smile. My favorite part of working here is seeing our young patients grow up into beautiful, smiling young adults right before our eyes. Our office is one of warmth and friendliness from the day of your new patient exam until the day your braces come off. It has been fun to see over the years our “kid” patients now grown and bringing their families in for braces!
I am married to my “junior high sweetheart,” Steve, and we have a very spoiled four-legged daughter, a Dalmatian named Nitro Funny Girl. My free time is spent helping my husband with his business, walking, and shopping with my two favorite nieces.
I have been with the practice since 2007; you can find me in our Waukee location. I work at the front desk and as an orthodontic assistant, so I get to enjoy both worlds. Being at the front desk allows me to answer our patients questions’ and coordinate appointment times. Working as an assistant allows me to be hands-on directly with our patients’ orthodontic care. By doing both of these jobs, I really get to know our patients. I love building a relationships with patients and their families.
I am married to Scot and we have two kids, Colton and Claire. We live on an acreage that keeps us busy. We love the farm and are glad our kids will have the opportunity to grow up in the country. We raise registered miniature Herefords and are becoming active in the cattle industry. I also love to hunt deer and turkey with bow, muzzleloader, and shotgun.
I work in our Carroll location. I take photos and X-rays of patients, do sterilization, and order and stock supplies for the office. My favorite part of my job is experiencing the excitement of patients when they get their braces off and realize the final results of treatment. The before and after photos are always fun to share.
My husband, two teenagers and spoiled yellow lab keep me busy and entertained when I am not at work. I love spending time with family and going to school sporting events.
I have been working as our lab tech in our practice since 1988, making retainers and keeping records of all patient models and impressions. I also assist with patients when needed, and help with taking calls. I love my job and take pride in working for Drs. Langwith, Hull, and Roush.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy golfing and spending time with my son Drew.
I work between the Waukee and Des Moines offices, taking pictures and radiographs for documentation of treatment. I am also in charge of maintaining our inventory and ordering supplies as needed and sterilizing instruments. My favorite part of my job is photographing all the perfect smiles after completion of treatment. Our office is such a great place to work, and all our patients are so interesting and friendly. It is rewarding to know that we all are doing our very best to give our patients a comfortable and rewarding orthodontic experience when they are with us.
I have two adult sons and four beautiful grandchildren. I also have a Yorkie Poo named Bandit and a Peekapoo named Bella. I also stay involved in my community by raising funds for African student scholarships and various local community outreaches. I was blessed to have been able to do some mission work in Tanzania, too. I also find joy in watercolor painting, decorating, NASCAR, and cooking.
